Primacy Youth Development Initiative is a youth led and youth focused non-profit Organization headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
We are committed to the holistic development of young people through our diverse programs, providing them with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive, and lead change in their grassroots communities.
AFRICAN YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROJECT
Africa is home to the fastest growing youthful population globally. Regardless, young Africans are plagued with a twin challenge of youth unemployment and poverty, which can be linked to limited access to quality mentorship.
The African youth mentorship project is a 7 years timeline project which was launched in March 2023 by Primacy Youth Development Initiative. The Project aims to give young Africans access to quality Mentorship, thereby enabling them to create opportunities, and be the drivers of change and development in their communities.

SELA FELLOWSHIP
Sustainable Education and Leadership for Africa Fellowship (SELA), is a program aimed at grooming emerging sustainability leaders in Africa, with focus on youths between 18-35 years.
African Youth Mentorship Symposium
African Youth Mentorship Symposium is a physical convening that is aimed at giving young people access to high level mentorship from industry experts, career advisory and access to developmental opportunities.
